Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We use a network to deliver your furniture as quickly as possible. The delivery service is a non-contact service to your kerbside or driveway.
Once you have placed your order, our distribution centre will send you an email to confirm that your order is being dispatched.
Delivery is between 3-7 working days. Service is Monday to Friday.
98% of our orders are delivered on the booked date, but it can happen that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery will take place in the next 48 working hours instead. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
Returns
Returns must be made in the original packaging and unused. If delivered on a pallet, items must be returned on a pallet. Cushions must be in their original plastic protective bags. Any returns not returned in the above condition will be subject to charges.
Customers must pay return carriage charges of £95.
